Challenges in e-Records
The explosion in the creation and use of electronic records and archives demands new techniques and methods of education and training in how to effectively and efficiently manage this information. The massive volume of electronic documents, e-mail, instant messages and the like, poses new and significant challenges for archival educators, government and business records managers and individuals in all levels of global society. In order to meet these new challenges, new methods of records and archival education focused on managing electronic records to ensure information integrity and transparency are required.
