The "whack" of service delivery

Dear all...

There is a big tendency to receive lackluster service delivery when we as customer ask for, request and deal for a service with service provider organization. A lot of problems are unsolved, slow respond of request and solutions provided is not up to the standard while more and more service delivered are not tackling the specific needs of us as customers! We can enlist a lot of factors and reason but the basic aspects by which a service cannot be delivered satisfactorily is due to the fact of improper documentations, lost of document and records and history of transactions cannot be traced back immediately. The system is there, the people are trained from time to time, yet the service has not improved as expectedly. Why? One of the basic notation is due to improper records keeping practices. The records management is implemented organization wide, but there are a lot of loopholes that hamper the whole processes, resulting in poor service delivery of an organization.
